We’re excited to bring the Grand Unionto the first ever De Beauvoir Jazz Festival — an inspiring celebration of music, community, and cultural exchange right in the heart of East London.

From West Africa and the Caribbean to South Asia and China — working with a rich collective of musicians whose roots span continents. Our performances are as much about storytelling and migration as they are about rhythm and improvisation.

This set brings together a vibrant West African jazz ensemble from the Grand Union family — expect infectious grooves, soaring horns and highlife-inspired rhythms made for dancing in the sun. Join us in the square for an uplifting, open-air celebration of London’s global sound.
